Phase 1: Project Initiation & Requirement Gathering

We begin with a detailed discussion to understand your lifestyle, design preferences, functional requirements, budget expectations, and timeline. A site visit is conducted to assess existing conditions and capture reference photographs.

2. Requirement Analysis

A comprehensive brief is created based on your inputs, including:

• Room-wise functional needs

• Style and material preferences

• Storage requirements

• Vastu or cultural considerations (if applicable)

3. Site Measurements

Our team conducts precise site measurements, noting all structural elements such as walls, doors, windows, ceiling levels, beams, and services.

4. Project Proposal & Agreement

Based on the scope, we share a design proposal outlining:

• Project scope and inclusions

• Deliverables and design stages

• Fee structure and payment terms

• Timelines and revision policy
  Work commences post formal agreement and initial advance.

Phase 2: Concept Development & Layout Planning

5. Mood Boards & Concept Design (If Required*)

We present thematic mood boards that visually communicate:

• Color palettes and material finishes

• Furniture and lighting styles

• Space character and ambience

6. 2D Layout Planning

We prepare multiple layout options showing optimal space utilization, furniture placement, zoning, and movement flow. The preferred layout is finalized based on your feedback.

Phase 3: Technical Drawings & Design Finalization

 

7. Civil Layouts

Drawings include:

• Demolition plans (if any)

• Proposed wall partitions

• Flooring layout with material patterns and borders

8. False Ceiling & Lighting Layout

Detailed ceiling plans featuring:

• Ceiling design with levels and materials

• Placement of cove lights, spotlights, pendants, and fans

9. Electrical Layout

Comprehensive electrical planning including:

• Switchboard positioning

• Load points for appliances and lighting

• TV, AC, Wi-Fi, and home automation points

10. Plumbing Layout

Planned water inlet and outlet points for:

• Kitchen and utility

• Bathrooms (WC, washbasin, geyser, washing machine, etc.)

11. Custom Furniture Drawings

Precise design of all furniture items, with:

• Detailed plans, elevations, and sections

• Internal configurations (drawers, shelves, partitions)

• Hardware specification and finish references

12. Wall Treatments & Finishes

Drawings for wall detailing including:

• Texture paints, wallpapers, wooden panelling, mirrors, etc.

13. 3D Views / Rendered Visuals (if included)

High-quality renders to help visualize materials, lighting, and spatial feel — enhancing decision-making and alignment before execution.

 

Phase 4: Execution & Site Management

 

14. Execution Commencement

16. Client Review Visits

Phase 5: Final Finishes & Project Handover

 

17. Snag Identification & Resolution

We conduct a detailed quality audit of the site, creating a snag list of any pending touch-ups or fixes. These are resolved before final presentation.

18. Décor & Styling (if included)

Optional styling services include:

19. Final Handover

We hand over the site with:

• Cleaned and completed interiors

• Keys, warranties, and material care guidelines
